Záměrem této bakalářské práce je aplikace metod analýzy rizik ve vybrané organizaci, ve společenství vlastníků. V teoretické části své práce se zabývám analýzou rizik obecně, metodami analýzy rizik a specifikací vybraného typu podniku. Předmětem zájmu praktické části mé bakalářské práce je identifikace rizik společenství vlastníků a následná aplikace vybraných metod analýzy rizik na zvolený subjekt s cílem najít díky tomu cestu efektivnějšího provozu a nakládání s finančními prostředky podniku v souladu s posláním organizace. Zaměřuji se zejména na analýzu What-If, skórovací metodu s mapou rizik. Základem pro provedení těchto analýz je popis vnitřního prostředí organizace, a dále vnějšího prostředí analýzou SLEPT. Cílem práce je, díky aplikaci uvedených metod, zhodnocení rizik ve vybrané organizaci s důrazem na efektivní řízení provozu, a to s péčí řádného hospodáře. |

The intention of this Bachelor´s thesis is an application of risk analysis methods in the selected organization in the unit of owners. The theoretical part of my work deals with the general risk analysis, methods of risk analysis and specification of the selected type of business. The focus of interest in the practical part of my thesis is to identify risks to the community of owners of units and the subsequent application of selected methods of risk analysis to selected subject in order to find more efficient way thank to the operation and management of financial resources of the company in accordance with the objectives of the organization.
