Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza rizik vzniku mimořádné události v organizaci, a to ve firmě Gumex, spol. s r. o. Práce řeší posuzování rizik při práci s důrazem na zvýšení bezpečnosti a ochrany osob a majetku. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je za-měřena na všeobecné vysvětlení a popis dané problematiky, která je poté v praktické části zanalyzována pomocí SWOT analýzy a dotazníkového průzkumu. Praktická část řeší po-souzení současného stavu firmy, posouzení požární bezpečnosti na úseku požární ochrany. Zjistíme úroveň znalostí zaměstnanců v oblasti protipožární ochrany. V závěru praktické části jsou navržena některá opatření k eliminaci rizik. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the risks of emergency situation outbreaks in organizations, namely in the company Gumex Ltd. The thesis deals with assessments of risks during working hours with the emphasis on in-creasing safety of physical protection system. The bachelor thesis consists of two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics and descriptions of selected issues that are furthermore analyzed with the aid of SWOT analysis and questionnaire research methods in the practical part. The practical part also evaluates current state of the company and its fire safety based on the fire protection. Knowledge of antifire safety among employees is ascertained. Finally, several preventive measures for eliminations of risks are suggested at the end of the practical part. |
