Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zvláštnostmi práce s cizinci ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ve Věznici Příbram. Tento projekt se snaží řešit potřebu specifického přístupu k cizincům ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Ke změně pohledu přispěly společensko politické změny po roce 1989. Ve vězeňství přibývá stále více osob různých národností. Každá etnická skupina má své pojetí hodnot a soubor hodnotové orientace. Znalost a porozumění jinakosti myšlení, chápání a jednání napomáhá k pozitivnímu soužití jak ve společnosti, tak i v prostředí věznic. Poznání kultury, tradic a historie odsouzených cizinců přispívá k překlenutí bariér v mezilidské interakci. Efektem tohoto poznání je i zlepšení vyhlídky na úspěšný způsob zacházení a účinnost výchovných programů ve věznici, popř. toto poznání přispěje po výkonu trestu k bezproblémovému soužití odsouzených cizinců v naší společnosti. |

The bachelor paper pursues the issues of work with foreign national sentenced prisoners in the Příbram Prison. This project tries to solve the need of particular approach to foreign nationals prisoners. A change of the attitude was conduced by the social and political shift after 1989. There are more and more people of various nationalities in the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. Each ethnic minority has its own worth conception and a list of value orientation. The acquaintance and understanding the difference of thinking and acting can help a positive coexistence in the siciety, as well as in prisons. The knowlegde of culture, traditions and history of sentenced prisoners aids to vault the barriers of interpersonal interaction. The effect of such knowledge is then better expectance of successful treatment and of effectivity of offending programmes in the prison, or this knowledge may help the smooth coexistence of the foreign national prisoners in the society after release. |
