V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou efektivního řízení finanční výkonnosti pod-niku XY, a.s. V první části je nejprve charakterizována výkonnost podniku, dále jsou zmí-něny některé přístupy měření výkonnosti podniku a nakonec je popsán ukazatel EVA. Dru-há část této práce zahrnuje charakteristiku podniku XY, a.s. a odvětví. K tomu byly využi-ty tyto nástroje: analýza obecného okolí, Porterův model, finanční analýza, SWOT analýza. Potom následuje výpočet ekonomické přidané hodnoty. V poslední části práce je navrhnut projekt tvorby a implementace EVA v podniku XY, a.s. |

In my master thesis I deal with problems of effective running of the financial productivity XY, a.s. The first part describes the productivity of the company, thereafter I mention so-me approaches to productivity measuring of the company, and finally I describe the EVA indicator. The second part of this work includes the characteristics of the company XY, a.s. and the branch. For that purpose the following tools are used: the Analysis of the com-mon surroundings, The Porter analysis, The Financial analysis and The SWOT analysis. This is followed by the calculation of Economic Value Added. In the last part of this mas-ter thesis I propose the project of building of EVA and its implementation in the company XY, a.s. |
