Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti supermarketu Jednota Kyjov. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny hlavní pojmy jako konkurence, konkurenceschopnost, dále se zabývá marketingovým výzkumem, který je stěžejní pro praktickou část bakalářské práce. V praktické části se SWOT analýza i benchmarking odvíjí právě od marketingového výzkumu. V závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení, jak zvýšit konkurenceschopnost supermarketu Jednota Kyjov, a jak zvládnout stále rostoucí konkurenci. |

In conclusion of the thesis are suggested recommendations to increase the competitiveness of the supermarket Jednota Kyjov and to handle the constantly increasing competition. |
