Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření a financování vybrané příspěvkové organizace. Teoretická část nejprve stručně charakterizuje neziskové organizace a státní příspěvkové organizace, dále je věnována pozornost pouze příspěvkovým organizacím zřízeným územními samosprávnými celky. Je popsána oblast hospodaření a zdroje financování těchto organizací, poslední část se zabývá finanční analýzou. Obsahem praktické části je rozbor hospodaření a zdrojů financování konkrétní příspěvkové organizace, následuje finanční analýza. Na závěr jsou formulována možná doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení hospodářské situace. |

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the analysis of management and financing of the selected contributory organization. At first the theoretical part briefly describes non-profit organizations and state contributory organizations. Then attention is only paid to contributory organizations established by territorial self-governing units. The area of management and funding these organizations is described and the last part deals with financial analysis. The practical part includes the analysis of management and financial resources of a particular contributory organization followed by financial analysis. In conclusion possible recommendations leading to the improvement of the economic situation are formulated. |
