Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza investičního záměru - otevření nové pobočky firmy XY v Praze. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je proveden rozbor literárních pramenů, které se týkají obchodních společností, podniku a podnikání, investic, nákladů a výnosů a také je zde popsáno podnikatelské riziko. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti a trhu, na kterém působí, dále je provedena analýza společnosti a pomocí některých prvků podnikatelského záměru je provedena analýza investičního záměru, která obsahuje mimo jiné rozpočet investičního záměru, finanční plán investice a nakonec je provedeno zhodnocení efektivnosti investice. |

Goal of this bachelor thesis is analysis of possibility to open new branch of XY company in Prague. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Analysis of literary sources, which are connected with business company, investments, expenses, revenues and business risks are included in theoretical part. Practical part contains introduction of company and market in which it is making business, analysis of company, and by the help of indicators of the business purpose there is also analysis of the investment which contains budget of bussines purpose, financial plan, plans of investments and in the end evaluation of investment effectiveness. |
