Dále se zabývá průběhem trestního řízení mládeže, probírá jeho specifika a vliv, který má na mládež. Zjišťuje, jak trestní řízení mládež ovlivňuje a zda má výchovný charakter. |

The work deals with formation of childrent's and adolescent's morale behaviour (especially in family living ), conditions for this process and formation of criminal liability. Further it deals with the course of an adolescent's prosecution, it looks through its specific facets and the effects that it has on children. It finds out how the prosecution influences the adolescents and if it has an educational effect. |
