Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem opatření v oblasti nemocnosti ve společ-nosti XY, závodu Z. Teoretická část se věnuje literární rešerši na téma nemocnost, což zahrnuje personalistiku, jakožto obor, do kterého toto téma spadá, faktory ovlivňující ne-mocnost, její příčiny a důsledky. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které je analyzována nemocnost, ať už z hlediska vývoje v letech, struktury pracovníků či jednotlivých jejích složek. Následuje rozbor polo-standardizovaného rozhovoru, který uvádí faktory, ovlivňující zdraví a psy-chickou pohodu zaměstnance. V závěru práce jsou uvedena navržená opatření pro management společnosti XY, závod Z, které by měly vést ke snížení nemocnosti v závodě. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and draft proposal of improvement measures within the company XY, plant Z. The theoretical part deals with literature search of sickness which is a part of personal management and also with factors influencing sickness, its causes and consequences. The practical part of bachelor thesis refers to theoretical part.The first part consist of analy-sis of sickness, which include development of sickness, the structure of companies em-ployees and the elements of sickness. In the second part there are semistandardized interviews with employees whose goal is to know the factores, which have impact on the health and psychological well-being. The references for companie's management leading to improvement of actual sickness are introduced in conclusion of bachelor thesis. |
