dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá aplikovaním reportingu v spoločnosti XY, a.s. Teoretická časť je zameraná na definovanie pojmov reporting a controlling, charakterizovanie účtovných výkazov a vysvetlenie pojmu finančná analýza. V praktickej časti je charakterizovaná spoločnosť XY, a.s. a prostredníctvom finančnej analýzy je zistená súčasná finančná situácia podniku. Na základe pomerových ukazovateľov a ukazovateľov interných procesov je zhodnotená celková situácia podniku v sledovanom období. Práca v závere obsahuje vypracovaný návrh podkladu pre hlavnú poradu vedenia firmy, pretože úlohou reportingu je zhotovenie podkladov pre plánovanie a rozhodovanie podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with applying of reporting in the Company XY, a.s. The theoretical part is focused on defining the terms of reporting and controlling, characterizing the financial statements and explain the term of financial analysis. In the practical part is characterized the Company XY, a.s. The current financial situation of the company is realized by the financial analysis. Based on the ratio indicators and indicators of internal processes is assessing the overall situation of the company during the observed period. In the end, thesis includes the draft paper for a major meeting of the management of company.
