dc.description.abstract	Má diplomová práce pojednává o problematice vstřikovacího procesu s využitím simulačního softwaru Moldflow. V teoretické části se zabývám přiblížením softwaru Moldflow, možností vtokových systémů, odvzdušněním a nežádoucími účinky, jako jsou studené spoje a dieselefekt. V praktické části jsem vytvořil Moldflow analýzy. U vygenerovaných simulací jsem vyhodnocoval výsledné hodnoty deformací, smrštění, plnění, údaje o rozmístění a poloze studených spojů a vzduchových kapes s následnými optimalizačními návrhy pro lepší dosažení výsledků v procesu vstřikování. Poté jsem porovnával skutečný vstřikovací proces s Moldflow analýzou. V závěru práce je obsaženo shrnutí optimalizačních návrhů po odzkoušení vstřikovacích forem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My master thesis deals with issues of injection process with the use of simulation software Moldflow. In teoretical part I dedicate to aproximation of Moldflow software, runner system options, venting and undesirable effects as weld lines and dieseleffect. In practical part I made Moldflow analyses. I evaluated final values of deformations at generated simulations, shrinkage, filling, fact about placement and location of weld lines and air traps with consequential optimalizatin suggestion for better achievment of results in the process of injection. After that I compared real injection process with Moldflow analysis. In the end of thesis the summary of optimalization suggestions after the examination of injection molds is included.
