Cílem uvedené diplomové práce je optimalizovat proces vytlačování běhounů, potřebných na výrobu pneumatik ve společnosti Continental Barum, s.r.o. tak, abychom maximalizovali produktivitu celé vytlačovací linky. Zabýváme se tedy vlivy, spojenými s vytlačováním, a to v závislosti na receptuře vytlačované kaučukové směsi. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsáno složení kaučukové směsi na výrobu běhounů, požadavků na vlastnosti, její zpracování. Velká pozornost však je věnována samotnému procesu vytlačování a vlivům, které, ať už pozitivním, či negativním způsobem, ovlivňují celou produkci. Praktická část se specializuje na kaučukovou směs, která je nejčastěji zpracovávána na běhouny a u které bude nejvíce žádoucí maximalizace produktivity. S posouzením všech parametrů, ovlivňujících proces vytlačování se zároveň snažíme vypracovat matematickou interpretaci, která by nám přehledně umožnila maximalizaci produkce s ohledem na danou recepturu kaučukové směsi. |

The aim of the thesis is to optimize the extrusion process of treads needed for tire produc-tion at Barum Continental, Ltd. and to maximize the productivity of the extrusion line. We therefore deal with influences associated with the extrusion, and depending on the recipe of the extruded rubber blend. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the composition of rubber blend for treads proc-essing, requirements for properties and its processing. However, considerable attention is devoted to the extrusion process and the influences that, whether positive or negative way, affect the whole production. The practical part specializes in rubber blend, which is usually processed for the treads and will be most required to maximize productivity. We also try to develop a mathematical interpretation that would clearly allow us to maximize production with the recipe of rubber blend with an assessment of all the parameters affecting the extrusion process. |
