Tato diplomová práce se zabývá účinností kosmetických přípravků určených pro péči o aknózní pleť. Problematika aknózní pleti byla popsána v teoretické části práce. V praktické části práce byl studován vliv kosmetických přípravků pro aknózní pleť na hyd-rataci, transepidermální ztrátu vody, pH, začervenání, obsah kožního mazu, deskvamaci, póry, vrásky a skvrny pleti. Účinky jednotlivých kosmetických přípravků byly srovnány s deklarovanými účinky od výrobce. Z výsledků je patrné, že k nejvýraznějšímu zlepšení pleti došlo při používání krémů Sébium, AcneCare a Aknestop. |

This master thesis deals with an efficiency of cosmetic products for acne skin. Acne skin problematics was described in the theoretical part of this thesis. An influence of the cosmet-ic products for acne skin on hydration, transepidermal water loss, pH, redness, sebum con-tent, desquamation, pore, wrinkles and skin stains was studient in the experimental part of this thesis. Effects of the individual cosmetic products were compared with effects declared by the producer. From the results can be seen, that the most significant improvement was achieved by application of Sebium, AcneCare and Aknestop creams. |
