dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výrobním procesem ve společnosti NEOKLAS a.s. Cílem práce je zefektivnit výrobní proces prostřednictvím návrhu další plnící linky tak, aby byl dodržen technologický postup a snížen čas na přetypování linky. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny témata, jenž byly využity jako výchozí témata pro praktickou část. V analytické části je zpracován popis a zhodnocení současného stavu. Projektová část obsahuje návrh další plnící linky na víno. Závěr projektu obsahuje zjištěné druhy plýtvání a návrh na jejich zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the production proces in the company NEOKLAS. The aim is to make the process of production more efficient by proposing filling lines to keep the technological progress and reduce the amount of time spent on changing the line. The theoretical section contains topics which were ussed as the staring themes for the participal part. In the analytical part there is a description and an assessment of the current situation. The project part contains a proposal for additional filling line for wine. The end of the project includes ascertained kind of waste and a proposal for their improvement.
