dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá možností využíti metod průmyslového inženýrství ve vybrané společnosti. V rámci teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství se zaměřením na metodu 5S, layout a vizualizaci. Analytická část zahrnuje představení společnosti, strategickou analýzu a další analýzy z různých pohledů na konkrétním pracovišti. Cílem projektové části je implementace vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství a popsat jejich přínos na konkrétním pracovišti ve vybrané společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the usability of industrial engineering in selected companies. In the theoretical section describes some methods of industrial engineering with a focus on 5S method, layout and visualization. The analytical part includes the introduction of the company, strategic analysis and further analysis from different perspectives at a particular workplace. The aim of the project is the implementation of selected industrial engineering methods and describe their contribution to specific sites in the selected company.
