dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zvýšení efektivnosti Oddělení ošetřovatelské péče Dvorce Sdruženého zdravotnického zařízení Krnov. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje systému poskytování zdravotní péče v České republice a principům jejího financování. Praktická část analyzuje prostředí zdravotnické instituce a základní ekonomické charakteristiky pracoviště. Na základě analýzy je navržen systém opatření ke zvýšení efektivnosti pracoviště. Výstupem práce je návrh finančního plánu oddělení pro rok 2016. Praktické využití práce předpokládá i management Sdruženého zdravotnického zařízení Krnov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The present thesis deals with the increase of effectiveness of the Nursing Department Dvorce, an Associated Medical Facility in Krnov. The following text is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the system providing health care in the Czech Republic and principles of its financing. The practical part analyses the environment of the health institution and basic economic characteristics of its workplace. Based on the analysis, a system of measures of the workplace to increase its effectiveness immediately follows. The outcome of the research is a suggestion for the department´s financial plan for year 2016. Associated Medical Facility Krnov also assumes the practical usage of the present thesis.
