Předkládaná bakalářská práce přibližuje činnost orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jak je orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí vnímán z pohledu veřejnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se autorka snaží objasnit základní pojmy týkající se orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, jeho působnosti a pracovníků. Dále vysvětluje jednotlivé oblasti činnosti tohoto orgánu a některé užívané metody sociální práce. Praktická část vymezuje výzkumný problém a prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu hledá odpovědi za pomoci techniky dotazníku. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny důležité výsledky výzkumu a diskuze. |

The presented bachelor thesis gets closer to the action of The Authority of social and legal protection of children. The main goal of this thesis is to find out how the authority is per-ceived by the public. The thesis is divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. Within the theoretical part the author tries to clear up the basic terms dealing with The Authority, its competence and employees. Furthermore it specifies the individual fields of action of The Authority and introduces the current methods of social work. The practical part defines the research issue and searches for the answers throughout a quantitative research using the questionnaire technique. The significant results of the research and a discussion are inc-luded in the conclusion of the thesis. |
