dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit finanční zdraví firmy ABC a.s. a v případě zjištění nežádoucího stavu navrhnout vhodná opatření vedoucí k nápravě. Nejprve jsem provedl rešerši informačních zdrojů - odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů, účetních výkazů a výročních zpráv společnosti. Po stručném představení historie a podnikatelských aktivit vybrané firmy jsem přistoupil k hodnocení finanční situace. K tomu účelu jsem využil postupy a ukazatele finanční analýzy a také souhrnné modely hodnocení finanční stability podniku. Na základě zpracovaných výstupů finanční analýzy jsem vyslovil doporučení pozitivně ovlivňující finanční zdraví vybrané společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to pass judgment on financial health of company ABC a.s. and in case of finding undesirable situation to suggest suitable steps leading towards progressing reforms. At first I have made a background research of information sources - nonfiction literature, internet sources, financial statement and annual reports of the company. After short introduction of the history of the company and its entrepreneurial activities I have stepped towards evaluation of the financial situation of the company. For this reason I have utilize methods and indicators of financial analysis as well as overall evaluation models to appreciate the company's fiscal stability. Based on the results of financial analysis I have announced suggestion that positively influences the financial health of the chosen company.	en
