dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se bude zabývat možností aplikace vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství ve firmě Mitas a.s. V projektové části se budu zabývat návrhy pro zrychlení výměny disků na Testorech radiální házivosti a jejich následným zhodnocením. Byly vytvořeny snímky pracovního dne, které budou sloužit jako podklad pro další analýzu. Dále byly pořízeny videozáznamy výměn disků pro podrobnou analýzu. Cílem celé projektové části bude aktualizace výkonových norem na úseku dokončovna. Obsahem práce je tedy i stanovení výkonových norem pomocí metody BasicMOST.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My master thesis will be aimed at application of a chosen method of industrial engineering in Mitas Inc. company. Part of my thesis will deal with proposals for measures to accelerate the exchange of disks on radial run out measuring and their subsequent evaluation. Snapshots of working day were created and will serve as a basis for further analysis. Videos were also filmed for further detailed analysis. The aim of the whole project will update performance standards in this field. The content of the work is also setting performance standards using method BasicMOST.
