Cílem diplomové práce je racionalizace interních logistických procesů ve společnosti XY. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši, která se zabývá základními informacemi o logistice, výrobní logistice, dále pak štíhlé výrobě, štíhlé logistice a podnikových informačních systémech. Součástí je také popis teoretických oblastí a analytických nástrojů, které jsou následně využity v části praktické. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu práce, identifikaci zbytečných pohybů a celkového plýtvání. Na základě analýz byly vytvořeny návrhy na odstranění zbytečných pohybů s ohledem na layout výrobní haly, reorganizaci procesů, zavedení prvků vizuálního řízení a plánování za účelem minimalizace nákladů na interní logistiku. |

The thesis aims to rationalize internal logistics processes in company XY. The theoretical part includes a literature research, which deals with basic information about logistics, production logistics, as well as lean manufacturing, lean logistics and enterprise information systems. It also includes description of the theoretical areas and analytical tools that are subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part is focused on the work analysis, identification of unnecessary movements and total waste. Proposals based on the analyzes were made in order to minimize the costs of internal logistics by eliminating unnecessary movements with regard to factory building layout, processes reorganization and implementation of visual management and planning. |
