dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce s názvem zefektivnění procesu expedice ve společnosti TON a.s. je zaměřena na procesy od dokončení výrobku až po jeho expedici. Cílem práce je zefektivnění procesu expedice prostřednictvím odstranění plýtvání identifikovaných v jednotlivých činnostech. Teoretická část práce obsahuje rešerši, která je vytvořena na základě odborných literárních pramenů. Na tuto část plynule navazuje analytická a projektová část diplomové práce. Obsahem analytické části jsou analýzy procesů a popis jednotlivých činností, kdy na základě vyhodnocení získaných dat jsou v projektové části navržena opatření, které vedou ke zlepšení a funkčnosti procesu a částečné implementaci RFID technologie. Jednotlivé návrhy jsou podrobeny finančnímu zhodnocení, včetně návratnosti investic.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis the streamling process of dispatch department in company TON a.s. is focused on processes from completing the product to process of dispatching. The goal of streamling process of dispatch department through the elimination of wasting of identified activities. The theoretical part contains the search which is based on professional literary sources. This part is fluently connected with analytical and project part of the thesis. The resumes of analytical part are the process analysis and description of activities, when based on the results of the data are in the design of the proposed measures, which lead to alleviate the functionality of the process and a partial implementation of RFID technology. Individual proposals are subjected to a financial evaluation, including return of investment.
