dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá analýzou systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve firmě Trexima spol. s r.o. První část bakalářské práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům z odborné literatury. Druhá část obsahuje souhrn teoretických poznatků. Ve třetí části je uvedena charakteristika a působnosti společnosti, její strategické cíle. Pozornost byla především věnována čtvrté části popisující postup a cíle analýzy, charakteristice používaných metod a samotnému hodnocení zaměstnanců šestého úsaku. Poslední část práce obsahuje doporučení společnosti k usnadnění práce hodnotitelům.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis concentrates on analyzing the system of employee assassment in the company Trexima spol. s r.o. The first part of this thesis is dedicatet to theoretical information from special literature. The secont part contains summary of theoretical information. As to the third part, its task is to describe the company activites and company strategic goals. Attention was given to the fourth part, which describe the proceedings and the goals of this analysis, characteristics of the applied methods and the assessment of employees of the sixth section itself. Last part of this thesis contains recommendation of the company how to ease the work of evaluators.	en
