dc.description.abstract	Úvodní část diplomové práce objasňuje teoretická východiska týkající se problematiky vizu-álního managementu. V první polovině praktické části je vypracovaná analýza minulého a současného stavu vizu-álního managementu ve výrobní firmě Fagus a.s. s důrazem na její nedostatky. Součástí ana-lytické části je také celkový popis zavádění jednotlivých částí vizuálního managementu Projektová část obsahuje možná řešení nedostatků v otázce vizuálního managementu ve výrobní firmě. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny přínosy samotného projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The first part of this work explains the theoretical resources concerning the visual management problems. In the first half of the practical part is an analysis of the past and present situation of the visual management in the production company Fagus a.s. focused on the insufficiencies. A part of the analysis is also the global description of introducing the individual parts of visual management. The project itself contains the solution of insufficiencies in visual management in the production company. There are benefits of this project mentioned in the last part of this work.	en
