dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá klimatem dětského domova, vlivem klimatu zařízení ústavní výchovy na osobnost dítěte a jeho rozvoj. Popisuje také skutečnosti, které klima v dětském domově ovlivňují, ať už negativně či pozitivně. Zmiňuje možnosti eliminace jevů negativních a naproti tomu rozvoje jevů pozitivních. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění, jakou měrou ovlivňují jednotlivé složky klimatu dětského domova z pohledu dítěte jeho osobnost a rozvoj. Pro zjištění požadovaných skutečností bude zvolen kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis deals with climate of the children's home and the influence of institution al care's climate on the child's personality and his development. It also describes the facts that affect the climate in the children's home, either positively or negatively. The thesis mentions the possibility of eliminating the negative phenomena and in contrast to the development of positive phenomena. The practical part is focused on determining how much the individual components of the children's home climate affect the child's personality and development from their own perspective. To determine the required facts will be elected quantitative research using a questionnaire.
