Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou možného uplatnění sociálního pedagoga v azylových domech pro matky s dětmi v českém prostředí. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení metody profesiografie z hlediska řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci. Druhá část pojednává o profesi sociální pedagoga. Zaměřuje se zejména na oblast legislativy, kompetencí, pracovních činností a uplatnění sociálního pedagoga na trhu práce. Poslední část se zabývá azylovými domy pro matky s dětmi. Praktická část je realizována formou kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření profesiogramu sociálního pedagoga, který by mohl v budoucnu působit v azylovém domě pro matky s dětmi jako osobitý odborník. |

Bachelor thesis deals with the possible application of social pedagogue in shelters for mothers with children in the Czech environment. The theoretical part is focused on defining the methods professiography the management of human resources in the organization. The second part deals with the profession of social pedagogue. It focuses mainly on the legislation, competencies, work activities and the role of social pedagogue in the labor market. The last part deals with shelters for mothers with children. The practical part is realized by quantitative research through a questionnaire survey. The aim of this thesis is to create professiogram of a social pedagogue, which could in the future affect in the shelter for mothers with children as a unique specialist. |
