Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob ve firmě OFFICIAL ELECTRONIC s.r.o. Cílem práce je návrh na zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami v této společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky, čerpané z odborné literatury, o zásobách, jejich členění, funkce, oceňování, řízení, optimalizace a ukazatele, které jsou nezbytné v oblasti řízení zásob. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vybraných zásob zboží, výpočet vhodných ukazatelů a je provedeno zhodnocení za účelem zjištění, zda je řízení zásob efektivní. V závěrečné části jsou vypracovány doporučení, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení stávající situace v oblasti řízení zásob. |

This thesis is engaged in problems inventory management in the firm OFFICIAL ELECTRONIC Ltd. The aim of this work is to propose the recommendation for improvement management of reserves in this company. The theoretical part includes some facts about reserves - a structure, the functions, an assessing, a management, an optimalization and the indicators which are necessary in section inventory control. The practical part is targeted the analyse the select goods, a calculation the suitable indicators and it is made an estimation in order to find out whether the inventory control is effective. In the final part there are the proposals that could contribute by improvement present situation in section inventory control. |
