Bakalářská práce s názvem "Asertivní jednání v rodině i zaměstnání" se věnuje ve čtyřech kapitolách mezilidským vztahům a možnostem jejich rozvoje. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis a rozbor asertivního jednání a dalších pojmů s touto problematikou spojených. Následně jsou zde popsány možnosti a specifika využití asertivního jednání v rámci rodiny a zaměstnání. Praktická část obsahuje vlastní výzkum s cílem zjistit, jak moc je rozšířené povědomí o tom, co to je asertivní jednání a do jaké míry je využíváno jedinci v osobních a pracovních vztazích. |

The submitted thesis with the title " Assertive behaviour at work and in a family" deals in four chapters human relations and possibilities of their improvement. Theoretical part is focussed on description and analysis of assertive behavior and other terms associated with this issue. Afterwards possibilities and specifics of using of assertive behaviour within the frame of work and family are described. Practical part contains own research. The aim of this part is finding how much is expanded awareness about what the term assertive behavior means and to a some extend is used by subject in personal and industrial relations. |
