Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda existují nějaká specifika komunikace seniorů ve věkové skupině 70 let a více, při verbální a neverbální komunikaci ve vybraných kategoriích. Dále zjistit, zda jejich schopnost využívat dostupnou komunikační techniku, v tomto výzkumu konkrétně telefon a počítač, jim usnadňuje život nebo umožňuje bohatší společenský život a v jaké míře je tato komunikační technika seniory využívána. Pozorováním zjišťuje, zda mají senioři ve vybraném výzkumném vzorku a vybrané věkové kategorii specifické neverbální projevy při rozhovorech. V teoretické části se věnuje pojmům a definicím jako je verbální a neverbální komunikace, naslouchání, stáří, role seniora ve společnosti. Pro zpracování dat byla využita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu a byla prováděna formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a pozorováním na souboru 12 respondentů. |

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to research an existence of any communication specifics from age category over 70 year focused on verbal and non-verbal communication in selected categories. Next goal is to research their capability to use available communication technology, such as specifically a mobile phone and a computer which can make their lives easier or allow a better life and how often this technology is being used in such matter. By observing and learning it discovers if the seniors have by using specific research sample and in specific age category non-verbal expressions when interviewed. When it comes to the theoretical part it is dedicated to terms and definitions such as verbal and non-verbal communication, listening, age and a role of a senior in community. All the data had been processed by a research of adequate quality and had been executed by form of half-structured interviews and by observing 12 respondents. |
