dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat vymezením pojmu zdravý životní styl. Objasněním pojmu zdraví a využíváním volného času. Stručně bude nastíněna problematika sociální stratifikace. V praktické části se budeme věnovat naplňováním zásad zdravého životního stylu u jednotlivých sociálních tříd. Analýza bude provedena metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis will deal with the definition of the term healthy lifestyle. Clarification of the concept of health and leasure time. Will be briefly outlined the issue of social stratification. The practical part will be devoted to the fulfillment of the principles of a healthy lifestyle for individual social classes. The analysis will be performed using semi-structured inter-views with selected respondents.
