dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá agresí a agresivitou pachatelů trestné činnosti zaměřené na oblast silniční dopravy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se problematiky, příčiny vzniku agrese, agresivita, definice protiprávního jednání v souvislosti se silniční dopravou. Praktická část je zaměřena na míru agresivity a druh agresivních projevů řidičů zúčastněných na dopravních nehodách a rozdíly v agresi mezi řidiči, viníky dopravní nehody a řidiči, kteří byli při dopravní nehodě poškozeni.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the aggresion and aggressiveness of the perpetrators of the crime focused on the area of road transport. In the theoretical part are defined by the basic concepts related to the issues, causes of aggress, the aggression, the definition of infringement in connection with road transport. The practical part is focused on the degree of aggressiveness and the kind of aggressive manifestations of drivers involved in road accidents and the differences in aggression between the drivers, the culprits of the accident and the drivers, who were in a car accident harmed.
