Cílem mé práce bylo připravit výchozí látky, 3-butylamino-3-alkyl/aryl-1'-fenyl/methyl-chinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-diony, z příslušných substituovaných 4-hydroxy-chinolin-2(1H)-dionů chlorací a reakcí s butylaminem. Z výchozích látek byly reakcí s močovinou připraveny titulní sloučeniny, u kterých byla studována reakce s bromem. Všechny nově připravené látky byly popsány pomocí spektrálních metod (NMR, IR, MS). |

The aim of this work was to prepare a starting material, 3-butylamino-3-alkyl/aryl-1'-phenyl/methyl-quinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones, from the appropriate subtituted 4-hydroxy-quinolin-2(1H)-diones chlorination and reaction with the butylamine. Title compounds were prepared from the starting materials by reaction with the urea. These compounds were monitored in reaction with bromine. All new prepared substances have been characte-rized by spectral methods (NMR, IR, MS). |
