dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace v prostředí Policie České republiky. Práce je zaměřena na vymezení obsahu pojmu motivace z pohledu teoretických poznatků a následně je tento pojem představen a analyzován v prostředí Policie České republiky. Součástí práce je představení organizace, právní úprava služebního poměru a proces i realizace přijímání policistů k policii. Pozornost je také věnována rozboru obsahu profesní činnosti policisty, jakož i předpokladům, které jsou pro výkon profese policisty stanoveny. V kontextu požadavků kladených na policistu jsou konkretizovány hmotné i nehmotné prostředky motivace a je definován proces odborné přípravy policistů, který je založen na filozofii celoživotního vzdělávání a je i samotným prostředkem motivace v profesní činnosti policistů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of motivation in the environment of the Police of the Czech Republic. The work is focused on the definition of the content of the concept of motivation from the perspective of theoretical knowledge and, subsequently, this concept is introduced and analyzed in the environment of the Police of the Czech Republic. Part of the work is the introduction of the organization, the legislation of police service and the process and realization of recruitment of police officers to the Police of the Czech Republic. Attention is also paid to the analysis of the content of professional activities of police officers, as well as requirements that are established for the exercise of the profession of a police officer. In the context of requirements for a police officer are specified material and immaterial means of motivation and is defined the process of professional training of police officers, which is based on the philosophy of lifelong education, and is the very tool of motivation in the professional activities of police officers.
