dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je charakteristika systému vzdělávání žen ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V teoretické části předkládá základní pedagogická a sociální východiska procesu vzdělávání spolu s obecnou charakteristikou trestu, trestání, teorie a praxe výkonu trestu odnětí svobody žen. V praktické části je představen kvantitativní výzkum provedený ve věznici Světlá nad Sázavou, mezi odsouzenými ženami, které zde navštěvují některý ze vzdělávacích programů. Cílem výzkumu je posouzení vlivu výchovy a prostředí na utváření a formování postojů k procesu vzdělávání ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is characteristics of the system of education of women in the service of a term of imprisonment. In the theoretical part of the thesis are presented basic educational and social starting points of the process of education with the common characteristics of punishment, penalization, theory and practice of the service of a term of imprisonment of women. In the practical part is presented quantitative research carried out in the prison Světlá nad Sázavou among convicted women who visit one of educational programs here. The aim of the research is valuation of the influence of training and environment on creating and forming of attitudes towards the process of education in the service of a term of imprisonment.
