Tato práce vznikla za účelem identifikace potřeb cizinců žijících na území České republiky v oblasti sociálního a právního poradenství, vzdělání a vzdělávání a dalších služeb pro cizince. V oblasti migrační problematiky může tato práce významně přispět studentům i široké veřejnosti a sloužit k dalšímu využití. Práci mohou využít organizace, které nabízejí služby cizincům. Díky členění práce od historického pohledu, legislativního rámce migrace až k zaměření se na poradenství cizincům, lze podstatě migrační problematiky a s ní spojeným potřebám cizinců porozumět v širší sociální souvislosti. Výsledky této práce můžou přispět odborníkům ve volbě vhodně nabízených služeb cizinců, které budou naplňovat jejich potřeby a tak přispívat k úspěšné integraci. |

The thesis was written to identify needs of foreigners living in the Czech Republic in the area of social and legal counseling, education, training and other services for foreigners. In the field of migration issues this thesis may contribute significantly to students and wider public and serve to further use. The thesis can be also used by organisations offering services to foreigners. Thanks to the thesis' division from historical perspective, legislative framework of migration to focus on counseling for foreigners can be essence of migration issues and also the foreigners' needs understood in wider social context. The results of the thesis may help experts to choose the appropriate service, which is offered to foreigners, that will fulfill their needs and thus contribute to successful integration. |
