Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o jednom z alternativních trestů, nahrazující trest odnětí svobody. Práce začíná přehledem alternativního řešení trestních věcí, seznámení s historií trestání pachatele, vysvětlení smyslu alternativy v trestním právu a přehledem jednotlivých alternativních trestů v ČR. Další část je zaměřena na podrobný popis trestu obecně prospěšné práce, problematiku spjatou s tímto trestem a seznámení se s jeho platnou právní úpravou v ČR, ale i v jiných evropských zemích. V této práci je rovněž zmíněna instituce, která poskytuje patřičné zázemí výkonu alternativních trestů a tou je Probační a mediační služba ČR. Empirická část bakalářské práce je věnována výzkumu názorů samotných odsouzených k trestu OPP. |

This bachelor work discusses one of the alternative punishment supplying imprisonment. The work begins with a survey of alternative solving penal things, history of offender punishment, explanation of sense of single alternative punisment in the Czech Republic. The work focuses on detailed description of general useful work as punishment in general, problems connecting with this type of punishment and introducing his valid law edits in the Czech Republic and other European countries. In this work there is also mentioned the institution which provides neccessary background for enforcement of alternative punishments and probation and mediation service in the Czech Republic. In empirical part of my bachelor work there is presentation of opinion research of offenders sentenced to the general useful work as punishment. |
