Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí z pohledu pěstounů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou rovin, a to do roviny teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy, definice, které souvisí s danou problematikou a jež vychází z odborné literatury a zjištěných informací. Dále je v bakalářské práci popisována činnost orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, sociálních pracovníků a také problematika dětí umísťovaných do náhradní rodinné péče. Praktická část vymezuje výzkumný problém, na který se snaží hledat odpovědi na základě vyhodnocení rozhovorů, které byly realizovány s pěstouny. V závěru předkládá bakalářská práce výsledky výzkumu. |

Bachelor thesis is focused on issues of social and legal protection of children from after-seeking foster parents´point of view. The work is divided into two levels, namely the plane of theoretical and practical levels. The theoretical part defines terms, definitions related to the problem and which is based on the scientific literature and found information. Further-more, the thesis describes the work of the Institution of child protection social workers and also the issue of children placed in foster care. The practical part defines the above reconnaissance research problem that is trying to seek answers from the interviews, which were conducted with foster parents. In conclusion thesis presents the results of research. |
