dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část definuje anatomii a fyziologii krve, pojmy jako hemoterapie, zásady efektivní hemoterapie, indikace hemoterapie. Popis podávání transfuzí, indikace transfuze krve, popisy krevních přípravků a komplikace s tím spojené. V praktické části byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníku a osobního pozorování při práci u vybraných pracovišť v Kroměřížské nemocnici a.s. a Krajské nemocnici T. Bati, a.s. Výsledky byly zpracovány do tabulek a grafů a na jejich základě byla vyhodnocena úroveň informovanosti odborného personálu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part defines the anatomy and physiology of blood, further the concepts as haemotherapy, principles of effective haemotherapy and haemotherapy indications. It also contains the description of transfusion, blood transfusion indications, descriptions of blood products and compilations associated with them. In the practical part there was conducted the quantitative research using questionnaires and personal observations while working at selected centers in Kroměříž Hospital, Inc. and Tomas Bata Regional Hospital, Inc. The results were summarized in tables and graphs and on their basis there was evaluated the level of professional staff awareness.
