dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem Připravenost studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů stárnutí, stáří, geriatrie a gerontologie. Dále popisuje změny ve stáří, potřeby seniorů a ošetřovatelskou péči o seniory se zaměřením na nejčastější ošetřovatelské výkony prováděné studenty oboru Všeobecná sestra na první odborné praxi se seniory. Praktická část práce byla realizována formou dotazníkového šetření u studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra po středním nezdravotnickém vzdělání. Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit připravenost těchto studentů na ošetřovatelskou péči o seniory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis named Readiness of General Nursing Students for Care of Seniors is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the explanation of the concepts of aging, age, geriatrics and gerontology. It also describes changes in senescence, needs of seniors and nursing care for seniors, focusing on the most common nursing performances carried out by the students of General Nurse during the first professional practice with seniors. The practical part of thesis was implemented through the form of a questionnaire survey carried out among students of General Nursing with no secondary medical education. The aim of the thesis was to determine the readiness of these students in nursing care for seniors.
