dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na objasnění základní terminologie spojené s významem výrobních procesů v podniku. V další fázi je pojednáváno o klíčových ukazatelích výkonu se speciálním zaměřením na OEE. Na tuto problematiku taktéž navazuje charakteristika podnikového informačního systému, jakožto automatizačního prostředku hojně využívaného pro stanovení konkrétní výše ukazatele OEE. V závěru teorie jsou popsány skutečnosti spojené s využitím project managementu pro řešení projektů složitějšího rázu, přičemž jsou dále také zmíněny základní metody a techniky využitelné při provádění situační analýzy. Úvod do praktické části diplomové práce blíže charakterizuje zkoumanou společnost, v rámci které je následně provedena situační analýza zaměřená na odhalení možností implementace kalkulátoru OEE do PIS. Dále je objasněn konkrétní způsob realizace projektu a to spolu s identifikací možností využití dat (resp. výsledných hodnot OEE včetně jeho indexů) právě pro potřeby controllingu i managementu výroby.

The Next Chapter Deals with the Key Performance Indicators by a Special Focus on OEE. The Narration of Mentioned Issue Continues in the Identification of BIS, Which Is Known, As an Instrument Used for the Automatic Way of OEE Calculation. At the End of the Theory, for Dealing with the More Difficult Projects, There Are Also Described the Facts Concerned with the Project Management; in Addition, the Basic Methods and Techniques (Which Could Be Utilized for Situation Analysis Processing) Are Mentioned, too. The Entrance into the Practical Part Is Concentrated on More Precise Description of Examined Company, Where Was Also Made the Situation Analysis.
