dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce si klade za cíl vypracování projektu založení podniku poskytujícího pohostinské služby ve městě Hodonín. Z teoreticko-aplikačního charakteru práce vyplývá její rozdělení na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky z prostudované odborné literatury, jež tvoří ucelený informační celek týkající se tématu práce. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání, definovány právní formy podnikání, řešena problematika založení společnosti, popsány služby obecně, ale také služby v pohostinství, jejich historie i současnost. Obsahová náplň praktické části je věnována vypracování a vyhodnocení analýzy trhu, na niž navazuje konkrétní projektové řešení založení společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of the presented thesis is to prepare a project about establishing a company providing hospitality services in the town Hodonín. The paper is split into two main parts: theoretical and practical. There is knowledge from the carefully studied professional literature in the theoretical part. This part forms a complete information unit regarding the topic. The following questions are analysed in the theoretical part: basic terms from entrepreneurship, legal forms of private enterprises, the establishment of a company, services in general and specifically the hospitality services from their history up to the present. The practical part is dedicated to the preparation and the evaluation of the performed mar-ket analysis. A particular type of a company was chosen according to the results of the market analysis. Establishing of the company including the initial budged, the balance sheet and the cash flow statement is the result of my paper.
