dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací vybraných faktorů univerzity třetího věku ve Zlínském kraji s ostatními univerzitami v krajích České republiky. Práce je zaměřena pře-devším na obory, zájem o studium a pohlaví studujících. Teoretická část popisuje kompa-rativní analýzu, dále možnosti aktivního stárnutí, vzdělání seniorů a historii vzdělávání seniorů. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje univerzitám třetího věku a motivací ke studiu. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická. Zde se formou komparativní analýzy zkoumá, jaká specifika vykazují studenti univerzity třetího věku ve Zlínském kraji ve srovnání s ostatními kraji v České republice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is dealing with chosen factors of the university of third agein Zlín region in compare with other universities in the regions of the Czech Republic. Thesis is focused on the subjects, interest of study and gender. Theoretical part describes comparati-ve analysis, possible of active aging, education of retired people and history. Conlusion of the theoretical part is dedicated the universities of third age and motivation to study. The theoretical part is followed by practical part. Comparative analysis analyzes what specifics the students of third age have in Zlín region in compare with other regions in the Czech republic.
