dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce popisuje účetní a daňová specifika činnosti společnosti podnikající ve stavebnictví. Teoretická část práce rozebírá především základy finančního účetnictví a také jednotlivé druhy daní, které dopadají na stavební společnost. Praktická část charakterizuje stavební výrobu, analyzuje její specifika a navrhuje vhodná opatření. Práce se zabývá také aktuálními změnami v právních předpisech a jejich vlivem na stavební společnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis describes accounting and tax specifics of activities of a company doing business in a construction industry. The theoretical part of the thesis examines mainly the basics of financial accounting and also different types of taxes imposed on a construction company. The practical part characterizes construction production, analyzes its specifics and suggests appropriate measures. The thesis also deals with recent legislative changes and their influence on a construction company.
