dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat hospodařením obce Němčice v letech 2011 2013. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se bude věnovat charakteristikou územní samosprávy a obce. Objasněny budou základní pojmy, jako obec, rozpočet nebo finanční analýza. Praktická část této práce se bude zabývat nejprve základními informacemi o obci Němčice a následně analýzou hospodaření obce za sledované období. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce budou nastíněna doporučení, která budou plynout z praktické části.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis will deal with the management of the village Němčice in 2011 2013. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part will be devoted characteristics of local governments and municipalities. The practical part of this thesis will deal first with basic information about the village Němčice and subsequently analysis of the municipality of the watched period. In the final part of the thesis will be outlined recommendations that will follow from the practical part.
