dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou firmy provozující čerpací stanici v letech 2010 - 2013 a posouzením efektivnosti investic u různých variant provozu čerpací stanice. Cílem této práce je doporučit na základě analýzy vhodnou strukturu firmy a nejefektivnější způsob financování čerpací stanice. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlena podstata finanční analýzy a investic, metody finanční analýzy, zdroje financování investic a metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic. V praktické části je představena společnost, provedena finanční analýza firmy a její vyhodnocení. Dále jsou zde posouzeny investice za pomocí různých metod hodnocení investic. V závěru jsou uvedena různá doporučení a návrhy pro zlepšení situace firmy v budoucnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on a financial analysis of the company in the years 2010 - 2013 and on an evaluation of investments efficiency for different variants of petrol station. This aim of this work is based on several analyses to recommend the appropriate structure of the company and the most effective mode of financing of petrol station. The work is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the principle of financial analysis and investments, it also describes financial analysis methods, sources of investment and methods of evaluating of investments efficiency. The practical part contains introduction of the company and also its financial analysis including evaluation. It also comprises investment assessment by using different investment evaluation methods. In the conclusion there are given some recommendations and suggestions for improvement of the company situation in the future.
