dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat pojednání o problematice posouzení rizik vzniklých při evakuaci vybraných druhů zvířat v Zoo Zlín Lešná. Teoretická část obeznámí s obecnými principy záchrany zvířat, následně s etologií a průběhem evakuace vybraných druhů od jejich odchytu až po transport. Na základě těchto poznatků je v praktické části práce provedena analýza rizik evakuace pomocí metody "PNH" a návrhy opatření na snížení možných nebezpečí. Dalším bodem v praktické části je analýza rizik ohrožující Zoo Zlín Lešná jako celek a následné zhodnocení způsobů jejich řešení a míru připravenosti organizace na tyto mimořádné události.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the bachelor thesis is to work out the treatise about the problems of an appraisal of the risks arise during the evacuation of a selected kinds of the animals in the Zoo Zlín Lešná. A theoretical part familiarizes with a general principles of a saving the animals, further with an ethology and a way of the evacuation of the selected kinds from the capture to the transport. On the base of this knowledge, there is made the analysis of the risks of the evacuation by the "PNH" method and recommendations of the precautions for the lowering of a possible danger in the practical part of the thesis. The next point of the practical part is an analysis of the risks which threat the Zoo Zlín Lešná as a whole, and the following evaluation of the solution and the extent of the readiness of the organisation and extraordinary events.
