Tato práce se zabývá analýzou demografického vývoje, dostupnosti bydlení a sociálních sluţeb pro seniory na území statutárního města Zlína. V úvodu teoretické práce jsou vy-světleny základní pojmy demografie, které jsou spojeny s věkovou strukturou obyvatelstva. Dále se práce věnuje problematice bydlení a sociálních sluţeb, kde je poté rozvedeno jejich základní rozdělení. V praktické části je zpracována samotná demografická analýza obyva-tel včetně prognózy dalšího vývoje a na ni navazuje kapitola analýza poptávky a nabídky sociálních sluţeb pro seniory. Na konci práce jsou na základě analýzy navrhnuty projekty, které reflektují potřeby seniorů. |

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the demographic trends, availability of housing and social services for seniors in the Zlin municipality. Initially, the itroduction of basic terms of demographic terminology associated with the age-structure of the population is presented. The thesis then focuses on problems of housing and social services outlining their basic division. The practical part deals with the actual demographic analysis of the population including forecasts of future development. The supply and demand of social services for the elderly is analyzed in the next chapter. As a conclusion of this thesis, the actual projects reflecting the needs of seniors as identified throughout this work are propo-sed. |
