dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou prevence rizik ve vybrané společnosti Zlínstav, a.s. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popisovány základní pojmy týkající se problematiky prevence rizik. V praktické části bude provedena analýza SWOT, kterou budou prověřeny interní procesy podniku a opatření vedení společnosti k předcházení vzniku rizik. Následně bude ověřeno respektování těchto stanovených procesů dotazníkovým šetřením. Závěrem budou porovnány oba výstupy a bude navrhnuta strategie ke zlepšení stavu ve společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis engages in prevention of risks in Zlínstav a.s. company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical section are described the basic terms related to risk prevention. In the practical section will be performed analysis of SWOT. By this analysis will be checked internal processes of organization and this organization's management's measures to prevent these risks. Afterwards are verifying respects these processes by questionnaire survey. Finally will be compared both outputs and will suggested strategy to improve situation in the company.
