Práce se zabývá přípravou antimikrobiálních gelů tvořených alternativními antimikrobiálními složkami (kyselina mandlová, esenciální oleje). K vlastní přípravě gelů byla použita gelotvorná látka na bázi syntetických pryskyřic. Testování antimikrobního účinku vytvořených gelů probíhalo vůči vybraným fyziologicky významným gram-pozitivním, gram-negativním bakteriím a kvasinkám. Výsledky ukazují, že kyselina mandlová a vybrané esenciální oleje jsou v synergickém vztahu a v gelové kompozici jeví vysoké inhibiční účinky, a to jak na vybrané mikroorganizmy, tak na samotné pokožce rukou. Po senzorické stránce byly gely s přídavkem kyseliny mandlové, esenciálních olejů z tymiánu, hřebíčku, skořice a citrónu lépe hodnoceny než komerční antimikrobiální gel s přídavkem ethanolu. |

This work deals with a preparation of antimicrobial gels composed of alternative antimicrobial components (mandelic acid, essential oils). The gel-creative substance based on synthetic resins was used for actual preparation of gels. Antimicrobial effect of created gels was tested towards selected gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria and yeasts, which are physiologically relevant. Results show that a mandelic acid and selected essential oils are related synergetically, and moreover in a gel composition they inflict extensive inhibition effects, both on selected microorganisms and so on hand skin. From the sensory perspective the gels with mandelic acid, thyme, clove, cinnamon and lemon essential oils addition were evaluated better than comercial antimicrobial gel with ethanol addition. |
