Tématem bakalářské práce je "Analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti VITAR, s.r.o." Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V první části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o problematice konkurence a popsány metody analýzy konkurence-schopnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti nápojů Capri Sonne společnosti VITAR, s.r.o. pomocí marketingového mixu, benchmarkingu, PESTLE analýzy, SWOT analýzy a na ni navazujících matic IFE a EFE. Na základě těchto analýz byla navržena opatření k posílení konkurenceschopnosti nápojů Capri-Sonne. |

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "The Analysis of Competitiveness of the VITAR, s.r.o. Company". This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part, theoretical knowledge of competition issues has been summarized and methods of the analysis of competitiveness have been described. Practical part is focused on the analy-sis of competitiveness of Capri-Sonne drinks produced by VITAR, s.r.o. company by means of marketing mix, benchmarking, PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis and subsequent IFE and EFE matrices. On the basis of these analyses, arrangements for strengthening the competitiveness of Capri-Sonne drinks have been suggested. |
