Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření v kontextu s Celní správou České republiky. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na obecné charakteristiky syndromu vyhoření - definice, historie, faktory, příznaky, fáze, metody zkoumání a prevence. Dále teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku nejčastěji ohrožených profesí a popis Celní správy ČR - její charakteristika, činnost, současná prevence syndromu vyhoření. Součástí bakalářské práce je výzkumné šetření zaměřené na zjištění syndromu vyhoření u příslušníků Celní správy ČR, charakteristiku některých zjištěných faktorů ovlivňujících vznik syndromu vyhoření a pohled příslušníků na dosavadní prevenci syndromu ze strany Celní správy ČR. |

The thesis deals with the Burnout syndrome in the context of the Customs Administration in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the general characteristics of Burnout syndrome - the definition, the history, factors, symptoms, phases, the methods of a research and a prevention. Next, the theoretical part contains the characteristics some of the most threatened professions and the description of the Customs Administration in the Czech Republic - the characteristic, activities, current prevention of burnout. A component of the Bachelor's thesis is a research, which is focused on identifying the burnout syndrome of Customs Administration´s officers of the Czech Republic, the characteristics of some of the factors affecting the formation of burnout and the officer´s view on the existing prevention of the syndrome from the side of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. |
